All website orders have a turnaround time of UP TO 7-10 business days to shipping date - usually sooner. Once items are shipped, please allow 3-5 business days.
International Shipping
Shipping fees are an estimate and are subject to change. If the cost of postage is higher than that charged at checkout please except an additional invoice may be sent to cover the additional shipping costs. Ridge & Co. is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties or any other costs that may be incurred. If you choose to return your package back to sender, YOU will be assessed all fees associated with the return.

Minimum Requirement: We have a $100 minimum requirement of purchase, as anything less is unfair to myself as a business owner. You can purchase retail pricing if you wish.
Turnaround Time: Pens are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Any handmade silicone products (key rings, key chains, teething products) are 7-10 business days.
Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns on our products as each are handmade by order. If you receive damaged products, please dispose immediately and contact our customer service email. In the event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us!

What makes our products unique from others?
We are certified in the production of handmade baby teething products. Our products meet CPSC Safety Requirements. Our individual handmade products are third party lab tested & approved! We take pride in being diligent in our work for child protection and safety. We will gladly provide our safety compliant certifications upon request! In addition, our materials used are 100% FDA approved.
All products are sanitized before shipping- We do recommend hand washing with mild dish soap before giving to your RCo. Babe! Hang to dry, but be sure to dry metal clips immediately.
Ridge Co products are not meant to be left with an unattended child, including sleep time. In the event that an item is damaged- dispose immediately and reach out to our customer service team via email listed below.
