Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do NOT give any damaged or defected item to your little one.

Refunds
All sales are final. We only offer refunds in the case that your item is defected or damaged upon arrival. We will inspect and determine each situation one-by-one. We will offer a replacement or a refund for any damage or mistakes.

 

USPS

We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit by USPS. Please contact your local post office in the case that you have any issue.
